• Fulfillment of mutually agreed customer requirements.
• Management will provide adequate resources, including finance, manpower, facilities, and equipment, to ensure Halal compliance, food safety, and product quality.
• Effective internal and external communication will be maintained to ensure:

  • Continued effectiveness of the management system.
• Continuous training and development will be provided to employees to ensure responsibility and accountability in maintaining Halal, food safety, and quality standards.
• All procedures will be strictly implemented, monitored, and verified to ensure compliance with this policy.
• The management system will be reviewed at planned intervals and continuously improved to ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality packaging products.
